Shrimp and Scallops with Prosciutto

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Wrap each shrimp and scallop in prosciutto.
  2. Baste with garlic butter and broil until done.
    Note: The shrimp will only take half as long as the scallops to cook.
  3. Plate and serve.
