Shrimp and Scallops with Prosciutto
serves 4
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 lb sea scallops
- prosciutto
- garlic butter
Instructions
- Wrap each shrimp and scallop in prosciutto.
- Baste with garlic butter and broil until done.
Note: The shrimp will only take half as long as the scallops to cook.
- Plate and serve.
